Convicted Sex Offender Added To Most Wanted List

On Friday, a Smithfield man was added to the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office Most Wanted List. Linwood Curtis Blizzard, 34, is wanted for failing to register as a sex offender. Blizzard’s last known address in January was on Yellow Stone Lane . He was convicted in 1993 in Wake County on second-degree rape charges. After serving 5 years of a 15 year sentence, he was released. Blizzard has lived at locations in Johnston , Nash, and Wake counties since his release from prison.
