Woman Missing For 24 Days Located

A Clayton woman missing since March 22 has been located. Bobbie Spittle was last seen in Bladen County after being stopped for speeding. Days later, her minivan was found abandoned at a construction site in New Hanover County . Clayton Police Detective Nancy Harvey said the 26-year-old woman returned to a family member’s home on Sunday. Specific details about where she had been or why she did not contact relatives were not released. When she was reported missing, family members said she was very close with her two children, but failed to check on them.
